Rick Trapilo is a proven commercial real estate sales and development professional with a diverse background in ventures across the fitness, technology, and food services industries. His success is a result of long-term experience in leveraging communication, networking, and business development expertise to drive growth. Most recently, Rick developed and sold Pub 6T5 in New Bedford, MA, as well as a chain of health clubs across Massachusetts.

Rick’s management expertise is also derived from his experience as Executive Vice President and General Manager at a large-scale manufacturing firm focused on digital printing and finishing headquartered in New Bedford, MA. Rick drove substantial growth across the manufacturing and distribution operations in the New Bedford facility. Rick also served as President of the firm’s Asian operations. In addition, Rick has served in executive leadership roles at both Honeywell and Xerox and has served on several public and private sector company boards.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, as well as his Masters in Business Administration from Lake Forest College. He is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Rick resides in Sconticut Neck in Fairhaven, Massachusetts with his wife, Margaret Trapilo. Margaret is the founder and owner of Margaret’s Boutique located in New Bedford, MA.
